SAFETY PROCEDURES

저희 항공기의 안전 규정 및 장비에 대해 안내해 드리겠습니다. 정기적으로 비행기를 이용하시는 분들도 이러한 중요한 안전 요건을 숙지해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 금연
저희 항공편은 모두 금연입니다. 기내에서 흡연은 엄격히 금지되어 있습니다.

2. 좌석
좌석 번호는 탑승권에 기재되어 있습니다. 지정된 좌석에 앉아 주십시오.

3. 수하물
기내 수하물은 앞 좌석 아래 또는 머리 위의 수납함에 보관해 주십시오. 비행 중이나 착륙 후 수납함을 열 때는 물건이 이동했을 수 있으므로 주의해 주십시오. 수하물은 통로나 비상구를 막아서는 안 됩니다.

4. 전자기기 사용
휴대폰, 페이지어, 라디오 수신기 및 송신기 사용은 금지됩니다. 이러한 기기는 항공기의 내비게이션 장비에 간섭할 수 있습니다. 지상 터미널에 도착할 때까지 전원을 꺼 주십시오. 다른 휴대용 전자 기기도 이륙 및 착륙 중에는 사용할 수 없습니다.

5. 이륙/착륙 시 요구 사항
이륙 및 착륙 시에는 좌석 등받이를 세우고, 테이블, 발 받침대, 개인 모니터 및 개인 물건을 정리하고, 모든 휴대용 전자 기기를 끄고, 안전벨트를 매십시오.

6. 안전벨트 사용
기내에는 안전벨트 표시등이 있습니다. 표시등이 켜지면 안전벨트를 매십시오. 안전벨트를 매는 방법은 평평한 끝을 버클에 삽입하고 클릭 소리가 날 때까지 밀어 넣습니다. 안전벨트를 조이려면 자유 끝을 당겨서 편안하게 조절합니다. 느슨하게 하려면 해제 장치를 당기고 버클 끝을 조절합니다. 안전벨트를 푸는 방법은 버클의 금속 탭을 들어 올리는 것입니다. 안전을 위해 비행 중에는 항상 안전벨트를 매는 것이 좋습니다. 유아용 안전벨트와 연장벨트도 제공하니 필요 시 기내 승무원에게 문의해 주십시오.

7. 산소 마스크 사용
기내 압력이 낮아지면 산소 마스크가 자동으로 천장에서 떨어집니다. 좌석에 앉아 있는 동안 마스크를 잡아당겨 산소 흐름을 시작해 주십시오. 마스크를 코와 입 위에 착용하고 고무 밴드를 머리에 잘 고정시켜 정상적으로 호흡하십시오. 마스크가 잘 착용된 후에 다른 승객이나 어린이를 도와주십시오.

8. EXIT 조명 및 비상구
기내에는 비상구가 있습니다. EXIT 조명은 각 비상구 및 문 프레임에 위치해 있습니다. 가장 가까운 비상구를 숙지해 두십시오. 긴급 탈출이 필요할 경우 하이힐을 벗고 짐을 두고 가능한 한 빨리 가장 가까운 비상구로 이동하십시오. 탈출 슬라이드를 타고 바닥에 착지하면 즉시 이동해 주십시오.

9. 비상 조명
긴급 상황에서는 탈출 경로를 안내하는 비상 조명이 켜집니다.

10. 수중 착륙 시 구명 조끼 사용
수중 착륙이 발생할 경우 다음 사항에 유의해 주십시오: 구명 조끼는 좌석 아래 또는 좌석 사이의 포켓에 보관되어 있습니다. 수중 비상 시에는 구명 조끼를 포켓에서 꺼내어 머리에 착용하고 허리띠를 단단히 묶어 주십시오. 비행 중에는 부풀리지 마십시오. 구명 조끼는 출구에 도착하면 빨간 태그를 당겨 부풀릴 수 있습니다. 입으로 불어 수동으로 부풀릴 수도 있습니다. 구명 조끼에는 조명을 포함한 호루라기가 장착되어 있습니다. 기내에는 어린이용 구명 조끼도 제공됩니다.

11. 충격 대비
긴급 착륙이 필요한 경우, “Brace for impact, Brace for impact”이라는 지시가 있으며, 이후 승무원이 “Heads down, Heads down”이라고 외칩니다. 지시된 자세를 취하고 항공기가 완전히 멈출 때까지 그 자세를 유지하십시오.

12. 안전 안내 카드
자세한 내용은 좌석 주머니에 있는 안전 안내 카드를 참조해 주십시오.

TRAVEL DOCUMENT

International flights

All passengers (regardless of nationality) on international flights should carry the following travel documents:

• Passport;
• Travel documents or immigration documents by Cambodia Law on entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners (such as loose-leaf visa, permanent residence card, temporary residence card, identity card. Identity card, or alternative documents as per agreement between the nations).
• If your children do not have a passport, their full names, date of birth, and stamped portrait picture have to be available in the travel document of the legitimate representative.

International flights

When traveling on domestic flights in Cambodia, passengers are required to present one of the below acceptable forms of photographic identification (all of which must be valid at the time of travel ):

• National Passport
• Motor vehicle Driver's License issued under the law of Cambodia
• Parliament Card
• Military Identification Card
• Legal document from authorities to confirm that the passenger's Identification Card is lost or yet to be issued
• Birth Certificate or equivalent.

The travel document conditions

Passengers’ travel documents as referred to above must meet the following conditions:

• Travel documents are the original copies, stamped with a portrait picture and still valid.
• If passengers use birth registration or birth certificate, that travel document must be the original copy or a copy certified by a notarial office with legal status.
• Documents without a stamped portrait picture are not accepted. Except: Birth Certificate, Birth Certifying Form, or escort document issued by a recognized authority

E-ARRIVAL APPLICATION

To make the process easier and faster for your arrival into the Kingdom of Cambodia, the General Department of Immigration has developed a new system for all travelers to prepare and submit all necessary documents in advance.

Effective 1 September 2024, all inbound travelers to Cambodia will be required to submit an electronic arrival card before entering the country.
The new digital form includes the Electronic Visa On Arrival, Immigration Form, Health Declaration, and Custom Declaration.

Travelers can access the e-Arrival system up to 7 days before their arrival. It is available through two channels:

• Official Website: The official government website https://arrival.gov.kh/, allows for online submission of the e-Arrival card.
• Mobile App: The Cambodia e-Arrival app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It offers a convenient mobile platform for completing the e-Arrival card.

TICKET CHANGES/REFUND

신용카드로 온라인으로 구매한 티켓의 환불을 위해, 환불 신청서를 작성하여 티켓을 구매할 때 등록한 이메일 주소를 사용해 캄보디아 앙코르 에어 고객센터로 보내주십시오. 환불은 온라인으로 사용한 신용카드로 직접 이루어지며, 캄보디아 앙코르 에어 티켓 사무소에서 환불 처리가 완료된 후 14 영업일 이내에 처리됩니다.

재예약, 경로 변경 등의 티켓 변경을 위해서는 helpdesk_online_2@cambodiaangkorair.com 으로 이메일을 보내주시면, 티켓 변경 가능 여부를 확인해 드리겠습니다. 변경이 불가능한 경우 환불 후 신용카드로 새로운 티켓을 예약해야 합니다.
