• Infants under 14 days of age, premature or unhealthy infants (let alone infants feeding in oxygen tents) are not accepted for carriage by Air Cambodia.
• Infant is not accepted for carriage as Unaccompanied Minor (UM) by Air Cambodia
• Infant in healthy condition shall be accepted provided that he is accompanied by his parent or authorized
• Each adult is allowed to travel with 01 infant
• If an adult escorts two infants:
◦ From the second infant, each infant shall be charged an applicable fare for children and must be required cabin crew assistant service.
◦ Accompanied cabin crew service request must be made at least 3 days prior to estimate time of departure for domestic flights and 5 days for international flights.
•For premature and/or unhealthy infant (except infant feeding in oxygen tent):
◦ All of procedures is to be completed the same as MEDA passenger
◦ Must be accompanied by doctor or nurse who specializes in pediatrics.
•The total infants accepted for carriage on a flight must not exceed 10% seat capacity.
An adult is allowed to escort INF/ CHD as follow:
•2 CHD of 2-6 years old
•01 INF and 02 CHD under 6 years old and shall be charged an applicable fare for cabin crew accompanied service for 01 CHD between 2 CHD above
•02 INF and 01 CHD under 6 years old and shall be charged an applicable fare for cabin crew accompanied service for 01 INF between 2 INF above
•02 INF and 02 CHD under 6 years old and shall be charged an applicable fare for 02 cabin crew accompanied service for 01 INF and 01 CHD between 2 INF and 02 CHD above
Accompanied Cabin crew service requests must be made at least 3 days before the estimated time of departure for domestic flights and 05 days before the estimated time of departure for international flight.
Air Cambodia does not apply restrictions to passengers traveling with children over the age of 14. When traveling with children under the age of 14, passengers must meet the general and special conditions outlined in the itinerary below.
All passengers traveling with children need to meet the following general conditions:
•The escort needs to be at least eighteen years old (at the time of departure ), are able-bodied, traveling in the same service compartment, not accompanying any reduced mobility passengers, and not registered for any special services (except for special meals).
•Physically and mentally able and willing to evacuate children in case of an emergency;
•Pregnant women traveling with children should note the following requirements:
◦ Do not fall into the following cases: uncertain time of being pregnant or estimated date of delivery; Previously having twin or triplet children; having complications which can arise when delivery; being pregnant by artificial insemination; multiple pregnancies;
◦ If traveling with children under 2 years old, pregnant women must be under 32 weeks of pregnancy;
◦ If traveling with children from 2 years old to under 12 years old, pregnant women must be under 36 weeks of pregnancy;
•An adult can accompany:
◦ Up to 01 infants under 02 years old;
◦ Up to 02 children between 02 and 06 years old;
◦ Up to 01 under-two-year-old infant and 01 child between 2 and 6 years old;
◦ Children from 6 years old: No quantity limit;
◦ When the number of minors flying with a passenger over 18 years old exceeds the above standard, please contact the Air Cambodia ticket office/agent to book the Accompanying Cabin Crew Service.
Conditions of Carriage
• Each UM must be accompanied by one cabin crew.
• UM service request must be made 3 days prior to estimated time of departure for domestic flights and 5 days for international flights
• Accepted only on Economy class

• Requires accompanying cabin crew service, one cabin crew is allowed to accompany a group of maximum 2 UM

Conditions of Carriage
• UM could travel alone without cabin crew assistant service.
• UM service must be requested 24 hours prior to estimate time of departure.
• UM can be accepted on Business, Deluxe Economy and Economy class. The total UM accepted for carriage on Business class must not exceed 10% business seat capacity of each flight (round number up applied)
At the departure airport
• The guardian and minor must be at the airport at least two hours before the scheduled departure time;
• Carry the child's travel documents, documents supporting the relationship with the child, and air ticket;
• After completing all flight procedures for the minor, the guardian can leave the airport when the plane takes off.
At the arrival airport
• The person picking up the child must be at the airport at least 30 minutes before the scheduled landing time.
• The person who picks up the child must present a complete identification document. The information on the document must match the information used to register for the service.
Wheelchair service (WCHR/WCHS/WCHC) assists disabled or medical passenger who has difficulties walking or moving about on their own, including:
• Wheel-chair for Ramp (WCHR) offers passengers who can ascend/descend steps and make their way to/from cabin seats but require a wheelchair for distance to/from aircraft across the ramp.
• Wheelchair for Steps (WCHS) offers passengers who cannot ascend/descend steps but can make their way to/from cabin seat, require a wheelchair for distance to/from aircraft, and must be carried up/down steps.
• Wheelchair for Cabin (WCHC) offered to completely immobile passengers. He requires a wheelchair to/from the aircraft and must be carried up/down steps and to/from the cabin seat.
Services for passengers with hearing impairments: To assist passengers with hearing impairment, partial or complete loss of the ability to perceive sound, and difficulty communicating and receiving information.
Services for passengers with visual impairments: To assist passengers who are visually impaired, have partial or complete vision loss, and require special assistance.
• WCHR: Prior request is recommended and not limited.
• WCHS: 24 hours notice is required. Accompanied WCHS is not limited. The maximum number of unaccompanied WCHS passengers allowed per flight is not more than the number of main emergency exits of individual aircraft.
• WCHC: 24 hours notice is required. The maximum number of accompanied WCHC passengers allowed per flight is not more than the number of main emergency exits of individual aircraft. The maximum number of unaccompanied WCHC passengers allowed per flight is not more than half the number of main emergency exits of individual aircraft.
Mobility aids: Passengers with reduced mobility may bring mobility equipment such as crutches, canes, or foldable wheelchairs that meet carry-on baggage standards and safety requirements for devices with lithium batteries.
Accompanying cabin crew services: Air Cambodia will arrange for accompanying cabin crew to assist passengers on the flight. Passengers should contact us to book the service:
• At least 3 days before departure if your itinerary involves only Cambodia's domestic sectors;
• At least 5 days before departure if your itinerary involves one or more international sectors.
Notes: Passengers shall pay extra airfare for the cabin crew to accompany them on the whole itinerary.
Companions with reduced mobility passengers: Air Cambodia advises passengers with reduced mobility to travel with an escort in case they need assistance at boarding and disembarking, on the aircraft, and in other necessary cases. As soon as they register for the service, passengers should notify Vietnam Airlines staff if they are traveling alone or with an escort.
The companion with reduced mobility passengers should meet the following conditions:
• The escort needs to be at least eighteen years old (at the time of departure ), able-bodied, traveling on the same service compartment, not accompanying any children, and not registered for any special services (except for special meals).
• Physically and mentally able and willing to evacuate the disabled passengers in case of an emergency.

Pregnant passenger must have medical clearance before departure (MEDA passenger) if she is in the following status:
• Pregnant for more than 32 weeks or
• Uncertain time being pregnant or the bearing time or

• Some difficulties can arise when bearing or
• Pregnant by artificial insemination: This passenger must have medical clearance before departure in the hospital where the artificial insemination has been made and controlled or in the other medical centers accepted by Air Cambodia.
Time for medical clearance
Pregnant passengers should have health clearance ready 7 days before the scheduled departure date of the first flight. The medical clearance is valid for the next sector provided that there is no complication during the journey and the pregnant passenger fulfills the requirement of traveling within 36 weeks on the day of commencement.
• Consultation with doctors
• Pregnant passengers should consult their physicians before departure, especially if they have problems such as anemia, morning sickness, abnormalities, miscarriage risks, etc.
• Pregnancy period and documents required
• Please be informed that the pregnancy period of a pregnant passenger is calculated until the flight date.
• When checking in for a flight, pregnant passengers should carry their flight tickets, travel documents, and medical clearance.
• Some countries place certain limitations on the entry of non-national pregnant women. It is advisable to review the entry country's specific requirements before the flight.
• When traveling with Air Cambodia, pregnant passengers are advised to select their seats in advance for a convenient and comfortable journey.
• Register for the Special Meal service if you are a passenger who needs special in-flight meals due to medical orders, dietary restrictions, food preferences, religious meals, etc

Extra seat service (EXST) is offered to an oversized passenger who needs 2 adjacent seats on board in the same flight.
• 24 hours notice is required and not limited.
• Extra seat is required to book in the same class.
• Extra seat passenger is offered free allowance of baggage according to the seat he booked.
(For e.g., if passenger books extra seat, he/she will get 2 free allowances of baggage).

Passengers must confirm medical clearance before departure (MEDA Passenger) if they suffer from at least one of the following statuses:
• The passenger is unable to serve himself due to mental or physical problems.
• The passenger is invalid, sick, or in a bad state that can seriously affect other passengers (i.e. passengers suffer from pernicious heart, a severe disease that can lead to an uncontrolled situation, mental disease.
• Pregnant passenger who is/has:
◦ Pregnant for more than 32 weeks or
◦ Uncertain about the time being pregnant or the bearing time or
◦ Previously had twins, or triplet children or
◦ The possibilities of some difficulties arising when bearing or
◦ Being pregnant by artificial insemination. This passenger must have medical clearance before departure in the hospital where the artificial insemination was made and controlled or in the other medical centers accepted by Air Cambodia.
• A newly born child with unusual status or a prematurely born child.
• Passenger with two legs paralyzed or both legs and arms paralyzed or passenger with legs and arms paralyzed during treatment time.
• Passenger's health status could be worse due to flying: passenger with lung disease, ear or nose diseases, etc.
• Passengers with contagious disease: the diseases that can be contagious during the flight, especially chicken pox, pulmonary tuberculosis, measles, and parotitis.
MEDA passengers can be accepted for carriage provided that they meet the following requirements:
• Complete all procedures requested by Air Cambodia
• Carrying MEDA passengers does not affect the safety of the plane, pilot, cabin crew, and other passengers as well as their property
• Accompanied MEDA passenger: Escort must be over 18 years old, healthy, and able to take care of MEDA passenger during the flight (doctor, nurse is preferable)
• Unaccompanied MEDA passengers can only be accepted if:

Domestic Hospital: General Hospital or specialized hospital at central/ provincial level or equivalent and some approved medical clinic such as SOS, Family
Foreign Hospital: Medical Clinic selected by passenger.
Air Cambodia provides the following special services to Meda Passengers:
Air Cambodia advises passengers with medical conditions to travel with an escort in case they need assistance at boarding and disembarking, on the aircraft, and in other necessary cases. As soon as they register for the service, passengers should notify Air Cambodia if they are traveling alone or with an escort.
People accompanying passengers with medical conditions should meet the following conditions:
• The escort needs to be at least eighteen years old (at the time of departure ), able-bodied, traveling on the same service compartment, not accompanying any reduced mobility passengers, and not registered for any special services (except for special meals).
• Physically and mentally able and willing to evacuate the passengers with medical conditions in case of an emergency.;
• In case the passenger uses oxygen service on the flight, an escort with a medical professional qualification is required
Leg-rest service (the right/left or both- LEGR/LEGL/LEGB) offered to the medical passenger, one or two seats in a full cast for his leg.
Conditions for acceptance:
• 24 hours notice is required.
• An extra seat is required to be booked in the same class on one flight.
• Unaccompanied LEGB passenger is not accepted for travel
The maximum number of LEGL/LEGR/LEGB passengers allowed per flight is not more than half the number of main emergency exits

Stretcher services on board (STCR) provide stretchers to MEDA passengers as requested by the medical center accepted by Air Cambodia.
Conditions for acceptance:
• STCR requests must be made at least 72 hours before the estimated time of departure.
• STCR passenger must complete medical clearance (MEDA form) before departure
• STCR passengers must be accompanied by an escort. Doctor and nurse are preferable.
• Suitable space is available in aircraft for installing STCR equipment. The amount of space for installing STCR is subject to individual aircraft.
• Not more than 01 STCR passenger is accepted for carriage in one flight.
• STCR passenger is only accepted for carriage in the Economy class.

Oxygen services on board (OXYG) provide oxygen to MEDA passengers during the flight, as requested by the medical center appointed by Air Cambodia.

• OXYG passengers must be accompanied by an escort. Doctor and nurse are preferable

• Not more than 01 OXYG passenger is accepted for carriage in one flight.
• OXYG passenger is only accepted for carriage in the Economy class.

MEDA passengers must have all necessary medicine and other medical treatment tools. If the passenger needs to carry and use these tools (spray is excluded) on board he must inform and have the acceptance from Air Cambodia.
MEDA passengers with sugar urination or MEDA needing to use injection needles in flight as recommended by a doctor and carry an injection needle on board should follow the instructions:
• Meeting acceptance requirements.
• Application only for medium and long flights from 2h30 as time scheduled.
• Passenger is not allowed to carry injection needles including medical liquid on board.
• The injection needle must be sealed and checked by an authority
• Injection needle should be used by MEDA, accompany MEDA or doctor
• Follow all the instructions of Air Cambodia staff.
